It was period of the waning moon, I could feel it was the good chance to take the different view of the Moon from others that usually presents the full Moon.
There were too many difficulties, I was not so lucky. The night was cloudy, the Moon was quite dim, very strong wind, took a very long time until we could see the moon in the sky. I tried to adjust my speed shutter and aperture much time as well as
using auto-timing shutter because it was windy.
After 3 hours I got some photos, but not much satisfy myself.
These photos taken by Nikon D7000, AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 G
Speed Shutter between 1/100 – 15s, Aperture f/8 – f11, ISO 100
The Super-Moon will be tomorrow night, but I took these photos as practice on Pre-Supermoon night.
Still using Nikon D7000, AF-S Nikkor 10-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED (Don’t have time to buy Tele Len yet -_-” )
I use M-Mode with F/8, ISO 200, Speed Shutter 1/200 and then I adjust the speed shutter for 1 stop to get another different photo.
Last week this city has been covered by rain and sandstorm for the whole week. I picked up my Nikon D7000 with Len 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G and walked around.
Even the rain storm has passed, but the sky still dim. I took photos without PL-Filter. I didn’t forget, but 67mm PL-filter was not available at that time.
After relaxing by walking through a nice landscape near my workplace, it was time to snap some good photos.
Photo with a new camera, this photo was taken by Nikon D7000, Len AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G with A mode.
